前桃園市長鄭文燦涉入華亞科技園區土地開發案，本月11日遭羈押禁見。同案被告是主導重劃案的前台塑集團總管理處總經理楊兆麟，日前以1000萬元交保，但桃檢提出抗告，高等法院在今（17）日裁定，認為楊兆麟犯罪嫌疑重大，除了有逃亡也有串證、滅證之虞，撤銷原裁定，發回桃園地方法院重裁。
